Emergency Notice to All PAN PSA Agents

Dear All,

This is to inform you that the Option II PSA module will be converted into a revamped module after the use of all existing coupons. You are requested to create an ID under the EKYC Module for the same. Please purchase the coupon in the Revamp Module from 01/07/2023 after finishing the existing coupons in the current module.

Important Deadline

If anyone wishes to purchase coupons for the last time in Option II, please submit your requisition before 4:00 PM today (30/06/2023). Coupons will not be issued if requisitions are made after 4:00 PM today.

The issue of unused coupons will not arise in the revamped module. The following changes and features will apply:

New Features and Changes

• Acceptance of applications through Digital Mode at PSA level (EKYC Application).
• Scanning/auto-cropping of photo-sign of applications accepted at PSA level.
• Acceptance of applications for PAN-Aadhaar linking through biometric authentication.
• Amount-based module instead of per-coupon allotment.
• Identification of Sub-PSA with admin name.

For Existing Scanning-PSAs:

• All PSAs under Scanning mode will be migrated to the PSA Revamp Module.
• Revised login/password for revamp PSA will be provided.
• Payment Option for PAN Coupons in the scanning module will be discontinued from 01/07/2023.
• Scanning-Admin PSAs will be able to log in to the revamped module after completing the distribution of all coupons to sub-PSAs.
• Scanning Sub-PSAs will be able to log in to the revamped module after exhausting all coupons available in their login.
• No refund claims will be processed for the same.

Note: The Revamp Module Process PPT and PAN-Aadhaar Link Process for PSAs are attached herewith for your reference. The same will be uploaded to the PSA Portal.
