CBDT Directives for PAN Applications

As per directives issued by CBDT, henceforth:

• Scanning of PAN application along with documents is to be carried out in color only.
• Enclosed documents (all pages/supporting documents) of PAN applications should be stamped as - “For PAN purpose only” before scanning.
• Scanning specifications are enclosed herewith.

This is for your information and further intimation to PSAs for necessary action at your end.
