Important Notice for PAN Application

If you applied for a PAN card before the notification of the new Form 49A on 29th May 2003 but have not yet received your PAN card, you will need to apply afresh using the new Form 49A. You can submit this new application at any IT PAN Service Center.

For Applicants with Allocated PAN Numbers

If a PAN number has already been allocated to you but you are facing issues related to photo and signature mismatches, please use the CSF (Correction Submission Form) method to resolve these issues.

Action Required

• Apply Fresh: Submit a new application using Form 49A at your nearest IT PAN Service Center if you haven't received your PAN card yet.
• Use CSF Method: If a PAN number has been allocated but you are facing mismatches, use the CSF method to correct photo and signature details.
